8th out of 50 is most certainly a top tourist spot... and Ohio most certainly is a tourist state.. as disgusting as it is.. because of places like the NFL HOF, the Rock and Roll HOF, and fucking Cedar Point.

Plus the Wayne National forest, Hocking Hills, Ohio Caverns , Kings Island , Put -in- Bay, 5 Ski resorts and a decent place to fish....oh and Ohio now has Casinos. But if I had any family in California I would be there.
