Are the bengals, cowboys, and browns really thinking of drafting Treadwell?

They already all have a number 1 receiver and bengals especially have a redzone TE. This is another one of the desperation ploys/imposing their will tactics teams do to force theirselves against the competition(steelers, Brown for bengals, NFC for cowboys, browns because they're the browns ). And Treadwell will not sit well with 5 targets a game on any of those teams. He is a number 1 receiver.

I haven't heard Treadwell tied to Dallas, IMO their going a Wentz or D. Then again Treadwell would be Romo friendly.

Treadwell might very well be a WR1, but he's not that yet at this level....DAL or CIN would be the most attractive if it were me, but CLE needs a 1.
