Yep, they were above all of the one loss teams. However, I voted them in the lower end outside of the Top 10. I even thought about voting them lower, but there wasn't a team that jumped out to me. As it is, the Fightin' Gators are on thin ice like a winter night in the Everglades after playing two FCS teams. I suppose we will learn a lot about them in the next two weeks with Auburn and LSU! If they lose, I will not be kind.

Did I miss the Payola Preferred Ranking again?

I definitely believe Ohio State is #1 with a bullet. After that #2 to #13 are a crap shoot. Then, #14 and below are a little crappier shoot.

As for UF (5-0) over ND (3-1), Florida has 3 wins over P5 teams to ND's 2.

Honestly, losing the starting QB could have been one of the best things to happen them. Franks was not good.

Cal dropping 12 spots after their first loss is kind of ridiculous.

It seems a bit much, yeah, considering it was against a team that's already won on the road against another ranked team. I suspect they're getting a bit of extra punishment for the QB injury and how rough Modster looked.

Come from behind against a long time rival in a neutral setting. When OU does that against a shitty Texas team in recent years it's disregarded because "rivalry games mean records don't matter".
But when it is A&M, we get tears over who is #25.

At this point of the season, most teams in the 20+ area have wins like ours.
