I do think that some high profile players (guys that are just innately skilled) let themselves go a bit more in the offseason because, well, it's never been an issue for them. Not saying that's what's happening here, but merely that a lot of really talented athletes that aren't playing to their best ability because they're just out of shape. I think Alex is too motivated of a guy to fall into that category though.

Really? I never heard that story I guess. I just can't imagine a pro athlete getting plastered regularly in season. I'm sure a lot of guys do, but just seems silly to me.
