ALERT: Bowl Pickems against the spread.

Games start today @ 11 am.

Most of the PAC12 thread regulars that do pickems during season are skeered. We only have 8 posters who have picked so its opened up to all.....

SO please put together a quick pickem ats. It aint easy.... But its fun....

If you need vCash dangled in front of you to enter a contest you aren't a real college football fanatic.

Bowl season is the end of college football year and winning the bowl season pick'em against the spread is probably the highest prize of all of the pick'ems going in terms of difficulty.

I'm sure most of us are in the other two pick'ems as well, but picking straight up just isn't nearly as hard whether is plain or confidence points.

Apparently posting this in the Cal forum was a mistake.

Participation isnt what I had hoped. Perhaps keeping it in the PAC thread would have been better.

Or just a separate thread entirely. Thats what the ACC folk do. Live and learn.

And i would say that the overall participation of even the pac thread is way down now that the regular season is over. It is at least partially related to that more than location of the thread. Only a couple of the usual suspects that have been around haven't made a post yet. I know TF12 said there was lots of time left when he last talked about it so he intended to make his picks. Not sure why he hasn't, but maybe something came up.

In. Just so you know, I picked a lot of the underdogs to win (before I knew the spread) so it made these easier... it's also why I don't bet on football.
