The Raider nation deserve this dysfunctional character. Having said that when he returns from suspension to unite with newly acquired Irvin and Jackson that will be a very formidable pass rush.

I would say it is a move more for the future beyond this next season. Good chance Aldon doesn't show up in shape and ready to go. It takes a while to get into football shape so I can't see him being a huge boost this year but if he can get his crap together this year then maybe 2017 season is where he really pays off for the Raiders. Long-term investment that could pay out well with very little investment right now.

Aldon has not been a dominant pass rusher in quite some time. It would be interesting to see if he ever can regain that form.

He won't, but he doesn't need to be a dbl digit sack, especially with Mack on the other side...if he's still in the 6 to 8 range, there are your book ends.

That said, if you're OAK, he should not effect your draft plans at all.

Well, he can't even step on the field until November. Hell, he can't apply for reinstatement before September. If he comes back this season it will be as a fresh player to spell the players that are nicked up or fatigued from the grind.

When he came back from his suspension from SF, supposedly he was in the best shape of his life and was working hard at the facility. Watching him play that year, he was having difficulty even beating one blocker where he used to dominate.

She's friggen hot but I hate the way she over emphasizes her Italian. She was born in Rome but left as a young girl. She graduated from UCLA and HS in California. She also attended Le Cordon Blue (sp) in France. A little is cute, too much is annoying. I'm a cultural anthropology grad so I enjoy languages and culture. Give it a rest girl. I think I'll just turn off the volume and watch her.
