Do the fans get their money back for buying tickets?
Nope. Which is total bullshit. Nebraska says Akron didn't want to play Sun.Do the fans get their money back for buying tickets?
Omg settle the fuck downFuck you Akron and your fat fuck Terry Bowden. I literally can not wait until the Redskins beat the living shit out of you this year.
I don't think you can argue tropical storm it's still in the gulf. However it looks like Nebraska called the game and I don't see where Akron was obligated to make it up the following day.Arguably a tropical storm. Also possibly a shutdown order by the civil authorities.
I don't see any reason Akron should regret anything here.
The list of reasons a game might not be played is ... well ... a little out there. Confiscation by government?
Holy crap ... I mean - I know it is a legal document and you have to be specific, but ... holy crap.
Gotta plan for every contingency. The list of reasons a game might not be played is ... well ... a little out there. Confiscation by government?

Akron probably did forfeit getting paid but I don't see any liability.
There is a major difference, we had 90k fans in the stadium that had traveled from all over. Moos said we would get a 12th game as the tickets are non refundable. The whole "shoe other foot" does not play.I just read in the Orlando Sentinel's column "In Brief" under
the sub-title "college football" (9-6-18)
That Nebraska is working on trying to find another game.
The article said that NU tried to get Akron to stay but Akron
could not get hotel rooms. NU offered them a vacant dormitory
and would provide breakfast for them, but Akron refused that offer.
(I don't blame Akron on that part).
If Moos cannot fill the slot, then the Akron game could be played
on Dec 1st if neither team was involved in their CCG.
If nothing else, we won't have to read threads from NU fans
discussing FSU rescheduling the ULM game last year. Something
about a "shoe" and the "other foot."
