With that report about Kuma it just seems weird that Jack would be allowed to make any deals. I don't like Ackley but holding onto him and dealing Jackson would've been just fine with me.

Oh Ackley will go to NY, get some competent hitting around him with some good coaching and be some .275-.290 hitter with 20 homers a year. The shallow right field in NY will immediately boost his power #s as well and Ackley was already turning into a good defender.
