This game, in my opinion, could impact the playoff picture. With the Temple win, I believe they will be in the Top 25.

Penn State, with a win against Wisconsin would have 3 wins against top 25 teams, compared to Ohio States 3 wins. Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State would be each be 2-1 against their combination of Ohio State/Michigan/Penn State and Wisconsin.

Ohio State and Penn State would both have a similar loss, but Penn State has an additional top 25 loss.

I think with the Temple win, if Penn State wins the conference championship then I think the this week could have enough changes for the committee to believe that the gap that was between Ohio State and Penn State negating the head to head is not nearly as large as before.
