Like I said, kid is very good. Class by himself? Not hardly. Didnt even mention Hundley, Boyd, McCarron, Murray, Winston, or Bridgewater.

Mariota is the better Read Option QB(maybe the best ever at it), Manziel is the better...whatever the fuck position it is that he plays...Point Guard maybe. You can compare stats, but that only tells a small part of the story.

One of the reasons that Manziel has done so well against Alabama is that we are very good at assignment football, and being in the right defense for the alignment and play presented...or more importantly showing you a defense that either dictates the play you are going to run or makes you run the wrong play. You can at least plan for the read option, and then it comes down to execution. You can't plan for the 7 or 8 sandlot plays that JFF is good for in a given game. It seems counter-intuitive , but a less well coached more instinctive defense would probably fair better against Manziel.

They might be able to against A&M's D. A&M is like the anti-Florida this year, Florida's D is good enough to keep them in games that they shouldn't be in...A&M's is bad enough to keep the other team in games they shouldn't be in.

You gotta remember A&M lost alot veteran leadership on the defense side last year. So A&M has no choice but to play youth and inexperience players and that's why Snyder has to take more risk with the defense.

How are Auburn's WRs? I woudl expect 8 in the box, which I think Auburn can run on. I do not think they can consistently beat 8 in the box. They will need a couple big plays in the passing game to keep A&M defense remotely honest. The big key is for Auburn to start fast. They get down quickly it will get ugly.
