In his career, Kinsler has hit .368 on a 2-0 count and .340 on a 1-1 count. Calling BS.

Tigers trading Kinsler leaves a hole at 2B. Of course, one of the finer baseball minds of this, or any, generation (and a promoter of all thinks Mexican - as well as good friends with the Marlin's bullpen, BTW), predicted that Iglesias and Dixon Machado would be the Tiger's DP combination of the future. Although, I recall he had Iglesias at 2B. That duo would provide slick, middle of the diamond fielding.....and Mendoza-line hitting. LOL

i think the same guy also tried to say at the beginning of last year that the difference in hitting between Iglesias and Lindor was negligible....if i remember correctly

I have actually read rumors about the Tribe still looking at signing Bautista......ehh.....i dunno...highly highly doubt that happens but ya never know.

lets just hope Brantley can come back...if he can...the Tribe is just stacked.

Danny Duffy extended. Something good happened, wow. Now if they could somehow extend Moustakas, I would be content with this offseason no matter how unrealistic that is.

Why didn't they use Otero more in Oct? Riding those other guys into the ground too much really did them in.

Five year deals for guys who have never been a full time starter aren't usually my kind of thing. But KC can't let everyone walk I suppose.

Not really- that's how you get a starter at a lesser contract than Melancon. Have to take some chances here and there- this one makes a great deal of sense.
