Any updates?
Kickstarter was kinda a slump but almost expected... release date may be pushed back but I doubt it (Originally planned for 2019)

Here's from October 21st: Kickstarter Almost Over.. Whats Next?

Dear iMackulate Vision Gaming Family,

Firstly we would like to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this journey to bring back college football video games to the market place. As you may already know, our Kickstarter campaign will be coming to a close in a ten days and unfortunately it looks like we will not reach the funding goal needed to develop Gridiron Champions at this time. We would like to thank everyone donated and those of you who genuinely wanted to donate but couldn’t do to whatever other financial obligations. Below you find all of our plans moving forward.

So what’s next?

Well, without the funding needed to develop Gridiron Champions we are not sure when a new realistic release date/year for the game would be at this time. Our founders, Alex and Kameron Lewis have been funding the development progress that you have seen completely from their own personal budgets They will continue doing this to outsource development in hopes of creating new assets (*like player models, gameplay, trailers.*) to give a visual of the vision we have for this game to possible investors, venture capitalist, colleges, universities and the video gaming community as a whole. As these assets can very expensive there is no timetable on when they will be released at this time.

Will you launch another Kickstarter Campaign?

There is a possibility that we may launch another campaign but we are not sure as to when at this point and time. We have learned so much from this campaign and there are a few personal changes and goals that we would like to reach before launching another campaign. We definitely would like to reach a larger audience and have more assets on hand to show the community before launching again. Nonetheless, we will definitely keep you updated as to when we intend to launch another campaign if that choice is made.

Publishing v Developing?

Ideally once we are able to fund Gridiron Champions™, iMackulate Vision Gaming would now only like to assume the responsibility of publishing and executive producing the game. Our goal is to find a suitable and established video game development company to work with us on the development side of Gridiron Champions. We would solely act as the executive producers and publishers of the video game while allowing and establish company to develop the game itself. Our research has shown that some of today's industry giants have taken this route and become very successful from affectively following this plan of action. This will allow us time to produce a quality product and build a strong development staff through the years.

Why aren’t you as vocal on twitter?

We have decided to spend a bit less time on twitter than usual to focus on establishing a firm plan of action moving forward to establish the strategic relationships to raise the needed funding, possibly license schools and reach a larger audience. We will announce any news, updates, or alerts on twitter so you’ll definitely want to stay tuned. We will still be posting Game Day Match-Ups on Saturdays and possibly discussing college football.

All in all, we wanted to let all of our supporters know that we aren’t giving up on our dream. We truly believe that adversity only makes you stronger and prepares you for the moments ahead. With that being said please be patient and #TrustTheProcess because we are not sure how long this process will take to #BringBackGreatness but we are definitely sure that we are down for the ride! Are you?

Thanks for your time and have a blessed day.

I think they want to try and give some actually IN-Game Footage before doing another Kickstarter it'd probably give more supporters to see it in action.

I think they will eventually get there but I don't blame them for the effort its tough to make a game for College at this time.
By the time they get going EA might be able to start making games again

Highly Doubtful.. EA Sports released a statement (via GameInformer) saying if they are going to make College Games they will be strictly mobile.
