I think Oklahoma State could jump to 10th in the BCS this week. They moved up 7 spots in the Coaches poll and their computer rankings last week were #13, now they just added to their resume by beating a ranked opponent in Baylor.

Yea I think we will be 6th.........it's interesting how the BCS formula uses the Coaches and Harris poll. It's not actually the ranking itself that is used, but rather it's based on the points you received in comparison to everyone else in that poll.

Interestingly enough, Nebraska actually gained 22 points on Wisconsin this week in the Coaches poll. Nebraska's computer ranking will still outdo Wisconsin.

BTW I won an 8 piece chicken dinner at the Bakers' deli Saturday morning. They announced over the loudspeaker when I was shopping that the first to answer a Husker trivia question would win.

The question was...Which Husker returned a kickoff for TD in the 2001 NC game.

I went down the isle I was in and figured someone would have answered that was closer to the deli by now. Then I said to myself WTF, I'll go over there and see. There were two people ahead of me in line and neither knew the answer. I said Gross and won the chicken dinner.. LOL

I saw that, but I still think Nebraska will be 6th. I guess it will depend a lot on the Harris poll, but we did gain points on Wisconsin in the Coaches poll

I still think with Wisconsin having 2 quality wins, and Nebraska getting that last shot to knock off a higly ranked opponent on National TV in front of all the voters, that Nebraska would get the edge on those teams that don't get a Championship game to play in.
