I was playing against I team I really didn't like years ago and the first pitch hit me in the protruding bone right at the base of the back of my neck, then bounced off my bat...didn't hit me too hard, but I was still really fucking pissed.
Then their fucking first baseman waiting until just before the first pitch to the next batter was on the way and hissed, "That hit the bat first and was a strike, you shouldn't be here!"
I told him I was going to talk to our pitcher about the next time he came up...but my guy refused to throw at him.
