Cain was obviously struggling that inning.

Two strikes, but couldn't put Holliday away.

Two strikes, but couldn't put Freese away.

Two strikes, but couldn't put Furcal away.

Two strikes, but couldn't put Carpenter away.

Loux loads the bases with a 4 pitch walk to Molina so he can face the guy who is already 3 for 3. Singles home 2 (4 for 4), now an 8-2 game.

Beauty! Well managed, Boch! Well done! Hey, you are no longer in Colorado. The Cards can pitch, field, and hit.

I guess we know who is going down tommorrow.

Botch was not sure, so Loux decided to put together his closing argument.

Man can make a mean argument.

Well, AB should send himself down to Fresneck for that boneheaded move in allowing Cain to face the batter with the bases loaded and two outs in the 6th, trailing by a run. Cain was gassed. Instead, he gave up a two run single, and that was the game.

Not going to say anything about the CRox and the Dogs. Nossir! I have learned my lesson. Never post before it's time. Nope. Not gonna do it. Tempting, but avoiding the jinx.

Dogs lose to CRox, 2-0!

lol I was waiting with bated breath to make a scoreboard report.

I gotta say that while totally surprised by the rocks actually winning the game, there's absolutely no way they take the series from the dogs..

Oh and Hanley Ramarias goes 0-4 with 2 K's

It must be rough for the dogs to have to play their backup so much. When is their starter gettin back?

The Cardinals have one sick line up. Just straight up hitters up and down, and with Beltran they made up for at least 75% of Pujols production.
Pretty much. We just need Wainwright to come on strong here at the end and we should be one of main Wild Card contenders.
