How about 1 HOF, 2 non HOF with no AS restrictions and 1 non all-star. Feel like the 2 non-HOF gives more flexibility to construct competitive rosters, without having 2 legends from every decade dominate.

Could also make the stipulation that if the non-hof players have 10 or more all star appearances, they count as a HOF player. This pertains mostly to the 90's category.

I'm good with all of this including the 10 all star game rule.
