If Phillies are ready to sell, the thought of Shane Victorino in a Giants uniform is interesting on many, many levels.

I dunno, there is some reason to look at this. He's 31, in his walk year, and we'd be on the hook for about 3.2MM. He's below average offensively this year, but he's a career average hitter (103 OPS+), he's still a good defensive OF and a very good base runner/stealer. I know, he's evil yadda yadda yadda, but there is a potential fit there, especially if Shark continues to suck.

He's not enough of an upgrade to give up anything good in the minors, but maybe for a Frankie Peggs?
