Beltran was great in 2012 but it just changes the whole dynamic...as another poster said, butterfly wings...

Beltran thrives in warm weather climes, like summer in Saint Louie (and KC before that). SF was probably not to his liking, and the fans (me included) kind of turned on China Doll when he did not hit when we needed him to.

All said, a valiant effort, didn't work out, move along. Hard to do with Wheeler doing well and our own staff not pitching to previous form, and no one ready at Fresno.

GQ is a better defensive catcher than Hacktor. Neither are hitting. Even Whiteside and Stewie hit better than these guys.

Noonan needs to get his stroke back. Would love to see more of Dunning, perhaps even a start, but he will go back down.
