The jinxing rules are becoming more and more intricate around here. Tough to follow, but absolutely necessary.

Other random thoughts: I was telling my wife yesterday I had a feeling Belt would play a key role as a late-inning pinch hitter in this game. Of course, I chose not to share this hunch with anyone on here or my neighbors or anyone else who might care.

I guess the Posey doubters have been quieted.

Vogey missed some pitches but kept the team in the game.

FYWW still getting the results, even with Affeldt out and Casilla not pitching last night.

I can't believe I missed the end of this game. If the wife ever asks., "Hey, you want to watch The Voice?", just say no. Keep watching the game. Then sleep on the couch happily.

My wife watches The Voice too...horrible show. Not quite qs shitty as the PC pop song soaps like Smash and Glee or the reality skankfests like the Kartrashians and Real Housetwats, but almost as bad. I'm ashamed that Adam Levine is of my tribe.

Rant over :kev:

Belt:

"I'm pretty lightheaded and my kidneys hurt right now," he said. "Somebody got me."

LOL

That would be fatboy, who almost tackled the G. You don't want to see a G get angry:

I feel your pain. I missed Posey's home run because the wife said "Hey can we check out the Grizzlies and Clippers game." Got caught up watching the game after debating with her on whether a team would prefer an offensive specialist like Crawford or a defensive specialist like Tony Allen. She said Crawford because good offense can always beat good defense. I said good defense because you can be consistently good on defense and offense can be streaky. We settled on the answer is dependent on who the rest of the team has. Marriage is about compromise.

True. Our compromise is that all TV shows with vain beeyatches screaming at each other are to be watched in the guest room.

Otherwise, she's the boss....
