It was a foul but it is what it is. Refs clearly forgot they had a whistle in the final minte as we saw on the previous possessions. Saric should have been called for an offensive foul and also fouled Tatum

In the past minute... Smart got bowled over on defense, Tatum got mugged under the basket by McConnell... both no calls.

If that's the way they're calling it... I'm glad they're consistent.
