Like other things we are discussing, how come nobody saw this coming?

Does the game time temp of 39 degrees matter?

I like the pacing of the schedule, though I do wish they would go back to the 154 game schedule. But the regular season should not start in March, nor the playoffs end in November.

Pitching was better than the 5 runs given up would indicate, but the hitting was not as good as the no runs scored would indicate.

My sarcasm still doesn't always come across well. My point was that former Giants were shutting down the current Giants at that time. I really doubt the manager was thinking "let's get some of their old guys out there to rub salt into the wounds!'
