Picking the season let's you see if you have a valuable option not used. After I picked all weeks I saw I had GB available, it screwed me since I placed GB in my Denver spot and Denver in week 3.

I don't have many strict rules for these things, but I do have "never pick a road team early with a hot/cold QB"
