Bummed to see us scoreless in 8 straight innings though against the Angels pitching staff...

It's not like we didn't have opportunity either, this needs to be addressed. Game saving homers aside, it's time to place Lind on waivers to bring up Vogs.

Yeah... I agree... Now is the time to DFA him... The Mariners are 3rd in MLB in HR's, yet, they're 13th in total runs scored... That tells me that we're not getting hits with men on base... Lot's of solo dingers this year... Lot's of other reasons as well but I don't feel like getting into that...

That sums up their season and is in large part as to why they're only 2 games above .500... Bases loaded... No outs, down by 2... No HR's that inning, meaning no runs... We live and die by the long ball, which drives me up the wall...

Being 22nd in the league in AB's, is another story in itself...

Credit definitely where due to the bats. I know that it's usually taking the wind out of our sails the moment we fall behind in the first inning, but these last two games, the bats just wouldn't have it!

Two really great games to watch in person so far this weekend, but I'm a bit peeved at the organization for not going the extra mile on the fan giveaways. This whole weekend was sold out for months, so you think instead of just the first 20k getting an 85 cent bobblehead they could've sprung for enough so everyone could get one. As it was, you have people lining up for hours and hours and wasting their time instead of enjoying an afternoon in Seattle. My son and I showed up at 3pm on Fri and the LF entrance line was already stretching north of C-link on Occidental and that was even after it snaked around a bit by the stadium. Sorry, I wanted a bobblehead and all but I'm not sitting there for 5 hours to get one when I could be out at the market or hopping around Pioneer Square.
