This is the biggest problem I see going forward for wiskey. Also how will they protect the rim against bigger teams? Iowa is not a team I would characterize in that way

Wisconsin may be more athletic than previous teams but Iowa looks to be more athletic at this point. That is what is killing Wisconsin on the boards. It's also hurting the flow of Wisconsin's offense.

Frustrating as a hawk fan. 3rd top ten team this year we led for the majority of the game against yet lost. Shouldnt be happening with the experience on the team even if the games are road games

Only thing about Iowas "experience" is that it's in age only.

?? Nah, iowa has tons of experience. 93% of theit scoring returned and all 5 starters from last year and 3 of their top 4 brnch guys. Thats why losing double digit leads in the srcond half in all 3 losses is unacceptable even if it is to top 10 type teams

It's tough for a group to close that isn't used to winning, especially against good teams away from home. I think Iowa is a great team, if they can learn to close they have S16 and potentially E8 type of talent and experience IMO

Agreed. The hawks are going to be tough to beat at home but need to figure out how to close these road games

Give me sophomore and juniors who have been yhere done that before "experienced" juniors and seniors.

This Iowa teams is really solid but as you pointed out regarding this year coupled with last years 2-7 in 4 pts or less...

I'd rather have experience in proven wins....ex. Big games, conference titles, NCAA tourney etc..

Not knocking Iowa. The way they hang tough with almost anyone will always give them a shot. But they got prove they got the composure
