Who would have thought there would be a day when you couldn't find .22 shells?

All ammo other then shotgun is pretty much gold right now. Nobody has it.

Well except the gov who bought 1.6 billion rounds of 9 and 40...

This is a pretty good site, it keeps up with most all the online stores. Prices are ridiculous though. You can also find it on Gunbroker, still overpriced though.

GunBot find 22lr ammo in stock

I did find some Remington UMC .45's at $26.99 for 50 rds. the other day. Finding 9mm shit is like finding unicorns with gold teeth right now though.

geesh, even the .22's? I've got 2 bricks. They're shitty rounds (blazers) but they were on sale last year so I picked them up.

I've always had good luck out of the brass cased Blazer ammo. As a matter of fact, I bought a Hi Point .45 acp just to blow shit up with and have ran probably 250+ rds of Blazer steel cased through it with zero problems. It's a littler dirty but not terrible.

They always end up hanging up in the chamber. They don't fully eject. Probably about every 10-15 rounds, one will hang.

Guys it will be 12 to 18 months before we start to get back to normal. Most dealers I know have place limits on how many boxes of ammo you can buy so they can take care of as many customers as they can. I don't have an issue with that but what sucks is the reloading side of things. It will take more time for reloaders to get componets due to the manufactures needing all there componets for filling orders.

Damn that sucks, I haven't used that many in my 9mm's but the .45 stuff has treated me well. People talk alot of shit about Hi Points but that damn thing will shoot anything you put in it and shoot it well. You couldn't conceal one in a damn duffel bag but it's fun to shoot at the range.

I try to tell people this and they laugh. I've owned a 9 and 40 from hi point and they were/are both great (affordable) guns. I own several other hand guns including a couple glocks, a taurus, and a sig, but for some reason the 9mm hi point is my go to for around the farm and stuff.

That makes it tough for those of us that didn't stock up on .22 ammo. I've got plenty of everything else.

Its bad when even the .22 match ammunition, such as the Eley's and Lapua is sold out.

I found some Summit reman. 9mm yesterday @ $21.99 per 50 rds. so I got a couple. They're manufactured about 30 mins from my house so I try to use their stuff when it's available. I didn't think to ask the guy if they had any .22 though, was too excited about finding "reasonable" 9mm.

I ordered 1,000 rds of .223 from Midway.com. If they allow you to backorder it, they will ship it in the order your came in assuming you are in no hurry.

UPS right to my door...
