Nothing left for him to achieve other than chase Jordan

Clearly

...except the desire to play with/against his kids, which has been a large topic the past few years. I don't think he's going anywhere, but he may end up having offseason surgery on his foot/ankle, and as always needs to lean on the front office to get what he wants.

Ham expectations for Vando wasn't realistic. He is there strictly for defense. Won't bring much to the table on offense

Would like to see him get some "big man camp" work this summer. He needs to be stronger at the rim offensively, too many strips/blocks and hesitation on bunnies this year.

And here we go
As I’m going about my business in Denver today the most common sentence/phrase I hear is
“Oh yeah I’ve always been a fan of the Nuggets - long time fan”

I point out that in my 17 years living here I’ve never seen them were the colors of the Nuggets - I’ve see them wear other teams attire but not the Nuggets

Then I ask them - “Do you know who Doug Moe was?”

Their answer - “Yeah I love the 3 stooges!”

Until he uses the word retirement, nobody should be reading that in to what he was saying.

That comment was very vague.

And given the history, more likely he is thinking of a change of scenery than retirement.

We shall see.

I don't see him changing teams until Bronny is drafted, if then. If that is his decision, this summer gets even more interesting with the potential changes for the Lakers. I see no problems (outside of outright retirement), just opportunities lol.

I do think he needs to step down his minutes and role a bit, but will his drive/ego let that happen? Adjusting to the eventual downturn is difficult for those used to dominating and being the focus.

He clearly shifted his stance on that a few weeks ago

Sorry, Lakers fans....but y'all still had a real damn good season after all was said and done, and far exceeded expectations by turning around your season and making it into the WC finals. Nothing to be sad or angry about. The better team won this thing...*which earned them their 1st ever trip to the finals in their franchise history...and they totally deserve it.

They'll be a very tough matchup for whichever team comes out of the EC....*and I hope they go on to win their 1st ever NBA title as well.

I was with you until that last part. I think I'm with the Heat (not that they'll be the favorite, just rooting interest).

There's an old saying that expresses, "When you think about retiring. You are already retired."

If LeBron has to think about playing one more year, he should hang 'em up. No matter what, his heart will never be 100% in the game.

I disagree because he said this immediately after being eliminated. I think he was honestly disgusted with AD

I doubt it's to that point. You ask a guy that essentially played 48 minutes with the team on his back at age 38, and he's going to want to think things through for the upcoming offseason. I can't imagine he expected to be in the WCF this year, so who knows.

That's two fold though. AD can't create on his own that much, he needs the offense to be run to get him the ball. The ball needs to go through AD much more than it did last night.

If Lebron is to take a smaller role (or even retire), the Lakers REALLY need a true PG, not another shoot first combo guard like they seem to always have. Run actual offense.

Just glad its over. Joker was absolutely mugged on his last lay up, no call, no whine, just turn around and run back on D.

Just go back to wonder how many finals the new Lakers would have gotten to. You know, when they did it right, Ingram, Kuzma, Randle, who knows if Ball never got hurt, Hart, three first round picks. I would have watched that team.

Four more wins and I'll tell the whole story on my Nuggets fandom.
We already know your fandom, the Pacers sucked this year so you jumped on the best team in the West. It's not a mystery really, nobody has two teams that's not a bandwagon bitch. But I look forward to the fiction you write, that's why you need the four more wins, you need time to come up with your narrative. You a joke.

not the only reason they lost but it helped. for the series i think denver got every call they could. there was rarely any call they didnt get especially on offense. they got all the calls in denver which ok home court and all. but the same thing happened in LA. the jamal murray bs flagrant was repeated on lakers 3 times and they got nothing out of it. any 50-50 call where they could or might not make a call favoring denver they did call it 90 percent of the time. point to any denver missed calls where you can say they really got screwed there?
you really are a sensitive little bitch huh
