The Tigers had a fun time at Prospera Place in Kelowna tonight as they romped to a 9-2 win over the Rockets.

Well, the Royals played a pretty good game tonight and it was a off night for the Tigers resulting in a 4-1 score for the home side. As for as McKenna is concerned, he had a couple of good scoring opportunities, but ripped it off the glass both times. Great skater and handles the puck very well, oodles of talent and he doesn't turn 16 for a couple of months still.

Since we're discussing attendance in the Winnipeg thread, it was a bit disappointing to see only 2522 fans in attendance in Victoria last night. It certainly didn't help that it was a mid-week game and the Canucks were also in action (MLB playoffs as well). On the plus side, the beer lines were non-existent

The biggest difference between the NHL and junior hockey is that you're never out of a game in junior hockey. Case in point tonight in the game between the Oil Kings and Tigers. Edmonton was up 4-zip after 20 minutes only to see the Tigers score 7 unanswered goals.
