there is something fishy about this nine spot...not a high prestige, not close to the turn, not even the center...yet, for some reason being chosen very high... Interesting, I must research, see if I can see what I'm missing....
Great minds think alike - - although I hedged my bet that at least one of the BIG 4 isn't. ....To be fair it was between 8,9 or 10 for me... After the big 4 RBs I'd rather have a later pick
I was between 7, 10 and 12...............I like the teams I'm mocking at 7 better so I went that way...........To be fair it was between 8,9 or 10 for me... After the big 4 RBs I'd rather have a later pick
same here. Was just curious since both you and Lefty went 9 early, and was trying to figure out if there's a strategic advantage that I'm not seeing there. Definitely not critiquing, just curiousTo be fair it was between 8,9 or 10 for me... After the big 4 RBs I'd rather have a later pick
For me it was basically a shot in the dark. As noted above, I just have this bad feeling that one (or more) of the big 4 RBs just doesn't get there (injury, holdout, down year, whatever). 5-8 were basically out for me (just don't like any of them) and 9 was next. Still high enough to get a quality RB and a better WR or #2 RB on the turnaround than one of the earlier picks would produce. .... probably flawed thinking but I'll take my chances.same here. Using the suicide draft as my gauge, I am excited to be in the top 6.I was between 7, 10 and 12...............I like the teams I'm mocking at 7 better so I went that way...........
EDIT: Had B went later than 4 I prolly would have gone 5 or 12................
TBH, that's why I ended up going with 7th. Pretty sure I'll get the guy I want (since I wasn't getting one of the top 4). If you take my guy at 6 (which you won't cuz I know who yer taking) then I still feel I get a great start and an earlier 2nd rounder.Using the suicide draft as my gauge, I am excited to be in the top 6.
Is suicide a good gauge? First three picks in suicide were made from posters not in KOTF and 4 of the first 5 are not in KOTF.Using the suicide draft as my gauge, I am excited to be in the top 6.

I can't reasonbly imagine any draft with any combination of the 24+ guys we've associated with these leagues being anything but the same 4 players off the board, in every one of them. Would really really be shocked if thing stay status quo, that anyone passes up Gurley, Bell Zeke, and DJ, to take anyone else..well maybe EHB would throw a wrench into that and go WR..Is suicide a good gauge? LOL... DJ didn't go until the 7th overall in B Suicide!!! That's because some of us are crazier than others, including myself.I can't reasonbly imagine any draft with any combination of the 24+ guys we've associated with these leagues being anything but the same 4 players off the board, in every one of them.
