Like I said he'll be back in a couple weeks tops. He don't have to be nearly as afraid every pitch is going to go past him at 120 MPH so he will look half way decent in two starts and be back. Hope i'm wrong...

I mean Danny Santana is pretty trash. But what the fuck was the point in playing him yesterday if a homer isn't going to help him from being designated for assignment in favor of a guy who not only sucks but hasn't played this year nor have I have ever heard off.

Hope both pitchers deliver today, but the Twins come out on top.

Both managers tried to downplay the pitching matchup, but it features two pitchers with an ERA under 1.40. Santana is 5-0 this season with a 0.66 ERA. Sale is 2-2 with a 1.38 ERA. According to STATS, it's the fourth matchup since the mounds were lowered in 1969 that involves starting pitchers with at least six starts and an ERA under 1.40.
