Yep, he is a lock top 10 pick especially after Zeke Elliot did so well for the Cowgirls last season.

Hunt and Perine are still the best 220+ old school running backs for rounds 2 or 3.

Cook didn't wow with his athleticism or speed.

Cook's not an elite athlete for sure but he has the ability to cut without slowing down and has under rated strength to break tackles. Wouldn't be pissed at all if the Lions took him at #21

Neither would I, but he would be a size and power improvement over AA. A big back adds a new dimension to the offense.

Fournette's running style is take what the o-line gives him he doesn't have the ability to create and he isn't a threat in the passing game if he gets drafted here he'll be Trent Richardson 2.0. Not saying he can't succeed he just needs to land in the right spot(Chiefs or Raiders are the best options imo)

This is worth watching if you like Fournette

NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares Pitt RB James Conner to T.J. Duckett.

"Physical, battering-ram style runner who makes the hitting a two-way affair," Zierlein wrote. "Conner's lack of speed and reactive quickness could limit his role as a pro, but his heart, work ethic and ability to keep the chains moving could make him a red-zone specialist with the ability to handle some third down duties as well." The 6-foot-2, 250-pound Conner beat both Hodgkin's lymphoma and a significant knee injury to return to the field last season, rushing 216 times for 1,092 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Wouldn't mind taking a shot on this guy later either. Wouldn't cost a high draft pick.

"Pitt RB James Conner ran the 40-yard dash in 4.65 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine on Friday.

Conner is much more of a battering ram than a dancer. He measured into the Combine at 6-foot-1, 233 pounds and performed 20 reps on the bench press during Thursday's work. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline views the much-beloved Pitt back as a potential fifth-round selection come April's draft."

Looks like Garrett Bolles is the number 1 OL. He was already considered arguable the best in the draft, now there is no argument. He has been impressive. Cam Robinson has looked good too. Forrest Lamb was better than I thought he would be.

With Ryan Ramzcyk having hip surgery, he could drop out of the first round by the time the draft comes along. Will have to monitor it. I have cooled on him for sure.

I posted earlier I like Conner from Pitt too. He was a beast a couple years back and is 2 years removed from cancer and knee injuries. Might be a steal in the later rounds if we don't go RB early.

I would actually prefer Cam Robinson #1. Would be a beast addition at RT if he happened to still be there at #21.

I like it.
That would be great value and a nice change of pace from AA.
Dude is light years better than Washington. That dude was just shit.

Agreed. He is a better fit and Bolles is looking like a LT and probably would not be thrilled on the right side. Robinson might even move into G in year 1. I think I would be OK with him and Dahl on the right side. That would make Swanson the Vet on the line though.

Wouldn't mind paying Zeitler and drafting Cam Robinson. O-line would be set, along with plenty of depth.
We would be the new Cowboys.
Now if only AA could stay healthy.

I actually question Swanson's health though. Missing 4 games with a concussion is scary.

Yup, agree here too. I think we will draft 1 more RB at some point and ZZ behind a solid run blocking line would be very useful. Washington will probably be doing just Kick returning. Might be time to get rid of the FB too. We dont really use one enough to justify a roster spot.

We need to save that spot for our backup long snapper after signing Mulbach to a new, 1 year pact.

If technique does not count then sure. He is by far the most athletic.

Chris Godwin just tore up the combine. Looks like the best WR athletically. Maybe he can be had in the 2nd or third round. Foster could be a bust or could fall to the Lions in the 1st. Both Michigan receivers look like burners, shocker.

I am similar in that I dont like to look at the combine too much, but for a LT being somewhat athletic is a big advantage. Bolles needs to add a little strength too. But he has the potential to be a top LT with a few adjustment.

For the Lions my pick is Robinson at this point. He better suits are needs.
