Someone on 247 saying that Bookie may have committed today with Lindsey, also that a surprise visitor is in today, not BRH
Oops. Verdell was the first surprise visitor this weekend. I guess Randal Grimes is in town too. 6'4" WR currently committed to USC

Grimes is a huge visitor... 6'5" receiver we don't have a guy like him on our roster at WR. How amazing would it be to take him and Lewis from under USC's nose?

Well Ohio State fans are ripping him to shreds right now and clowning us.

His buddy he committed with tweeted out "62-3" and retweeted some random who said "it's just sad he decommited over a female"

He basically said he didn't want to be used like percy harvin AKA a gimmick player. He wanted to play as a true receiver and said that tOSU is run heavy and really only get one receiver going.

Ohio State fans asking "are there black people in Nebraska" and ignorant shit like that.

Nebraska needs to really promote GEORGE FLIPPIN when recruits come to visit. Played for Nebraska from 1891 to 1894. How many big time colleges have that type of history? Very, very few.

Did he wear an arm sleeve though?

Kids need arm sleeves these days

he didn't need too. He was badass, pure badass. He was bigger, stronger, and faster than everyone else. He was like Jim Brown was in the 1950s and Hershel Walker was in 1980.

He also didn't need attention and he grew in a time when people did not seek out attention, they wanted anonymity.

Today's kids are raised on the idiotic Kardashians and the black rappers. Heaven help us.

I was thinking SC was trimming the commit list to make room for Lewis, nice consolation however

I'm not sure him leaving would open up room for Lewis, they are two different types of WRs and USC wants Grimes. Hence why he wanted to keep the visit quiet. I am skeptical of us getting Lewis, think he has leaned USC for a while now because of proximity and the fact that USC had a few guys go early into the draft. Don't think we're waiving the white flag though.

Or Grimes is looking around because he wants to be the stud in the class. I would be surprised if we got Lewis.
It feels like that ship sailed after around the osu beat down, plus the fact he's camping at SC this and next weekend

No, Nebraska was in the lead for a while until USC beat Penn State in the Rose Bowl and we lost to Tennessee in embarrassing fashion. USC losing some WRs to the NFL helped their chances with him too.

Yea, that's why he won't work as a recruiting tool.

Lead, as in Pb, I do agree we were favored at one point but we fell off a bit earlier

That's good news. Not that we need an official from him, but we won't have to sweat out him visiting somewhere else that weekend
