Home
Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, *Kansas City Chiefs

Away
Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, Indianapolis Colts.

Looks like the 2016 journey will take us through the NFCE & AFCE this year. The NFCE was the weakest division in the league this year, but should be much tougher next season. Things don't get any easier with the AFCE either. Just at a quick glance it looks like they drew all the tougher opponents as home games (NE, NYJ, DAL, NYG, KC). Thankfully all of their away games are short travels. Miami is the farthest they will have to go. IMO, however tough the matchups turn out to be, this is a favorable schedule.

KC is asterisked because that could change to DEN if KC wins the AFCW crown next week. That would require the Chargers to beat the Broncos, and obviously the Chiefs to beat the Raiders.

Does it even matter who we play, if we don't figure out a way to beat 4 - 10 caliber teams?
Well considering the result of this season, I think its best we play good teams. At the beginning of the season there wasn't a single analyst out there predicting the Steelers to get more than 8 wins with how tough their schedule was.

Terribly deflating loss last week...terribly...but regardless of what happens this week...2015 has been a success on many levels...the DEF is not complete, but further along than I expected.

The 4-3 look never did materialize as McCullers was hurt early and when healthy was mostly getting snaps spelling McLendon the few times they were in base.

We'd all love another edge rushing OLB, and admittedly it pains me to see Shaq Barrett and Howard Jones produce in other uniforms, but the front 7 mostly needs depth on the DL...with two athletic studs at DE...it would be great to have a true stud @ NT...but the needs on DEF are pretty transparent...Gotta get better at CB & SS....a lot of people like Golson as the '16 slot, but he will effectively be a rookie next year...needs to catch on quick.

Gay probably gets a good enough deal to return. We're going to find out a lot more about Grant as well. If Blake is one of the top 4 CBs on this team next year logging serious snaps I will be seriously disappointed.

KC is a home game (if it happens)? Nice change of pace. It seems we always have to go to Arrowhead.

You're sort of right... They played in PIT last season (2014), and the matchup before that in 2012. But before that, looks like nothing but Arrowhead games.

Sort of like Mile High stadium... Prior to this season, the last time Denver played in Pittsburgh was back in November of 2006. Of the last 15 matchups vs the Broncos, PIT has played in Denver 11 times.
