They are classics, never get old. I 31 years old and I still want a light saber. Disney might screw things up now that they bought the rights but the classics will always be there. I have to admit, I am interested to see what they do though.
Your picture is delightful. The Big Lebowski is my favorite movie.
Not tough at all, The Natural
Major League, Field of Dreams, Bad New Bears (old) & Bull Durham with honorable mention
Thanks, it is definitely on of my top 5. Great movie and Jeff Bridges is awesome. The Dude is probably one of my favorite characters ever.
Now this outta get some blood flowing.

I say good. That should send a message. JD is not playing games. Choo and Boras can take what is on the table or go somewhere else.
I thought you were supposed to make a new thread after 10,000 comments.
It might send a message (which I'm for) but ultimately might leave us without a leadoff hitter thats worth a damn, that could shoot a hole right in the foot of any plans we have for next season quick
We were, then I heard we weren't, and now I hear again that we should.
So I'm going to lock this thread and start a part2.

OT --- today I had to take our 14yo-2mo golden retriever Molly to the vet and have her euthanized. I will miss her for many reasons ... but perhaps most relevantly because she sat and 'watched' countless TEX games at my feet the past dozen years or so. She never got up and went to bed even on those late night west coast trips. Should we all be that lucky.

I had to take my 14.5yo border collie to be put down last Friday....so I feel your pain.
