Any big games for your team OOC?

How bout in general, games you are looking forward to OOC.

Oregon has Michigan State at home so them winning the B1G and going to the Rose Bowl makes this game even bigger for the Ducks.

I know this thread would have been great in the off season and not bowl season, but an early peak ahead isnt so bad is it?

Whatcha got?

We actually got a pretty easy OOC schedule next year, will be nice starting out the year 4-0

It would have been great to have Wisky at the LSU stadium. Its too bad they do not think of the students when they make these "neutral" games.
As long as it's not a noon game, Wisconsin students can get to Green Bay. It's only a 2-2.5 hours and they'll probably have buses available. 2:30pm CT time slow would be ideal but it'll probably be 7pm CT which is fine as well.

I think Baton Rouge to Houston is about twice as far, plus you've got Houston traffic to contend with, so kids would have to find a place to stay overnight.

Penn State vs UCF in Ireland 1st week of the season.

What's with the games in Ireland?

They should do a college football game at Wembley in London like the NFL, so I can go to a game.

Texas keeps playing UCLA.

I am not sure why that is....but this will be the 5th and 6th time in the Mack Brown era.

I am not sure if Mack makes it all the way, but he loves to schedule the Bruins OOC.

In fact, Texas might as well be an honorary member of the PAC-12.
The Horns play them in every bowl game it seems including the NCG in 2005.

It's the rubber game in the latest series. Texas lost the 2010 game @home 12-34 and won the 2011 away game 49-20.

Texas also plays BYU at home to wrap the latest 3 game series with them. It is also the rubber game between the 2 teams. Texas beat BYU at home 17-16 in 2011 and lost the 2013 away game 23-44.

Shit, there are some seriously amazing OOC games next season. That Oregon-Michigan State game is awesome, I love that matchup. I'm hoping VT is able to get their shit together for next year's game in tShoe.

And damn UCF, that is a serious gauntlet.

George O'Leary might have lied on his CV, but damn if he don't have some balls. That's an outstanding OOC schedule for any school

Why not just do a Home-Home :noidea:

i would assume the neutral field gives each team equal amount of tickets. Home games the home team only has to alot so many tickets to the visiting school. just a guess as to why this is becoming the way these big OOC games are scheduled.

Doesn't make any sense. OU and Tennessee are doing a home and home. I'm sure Neyland Stadium holds more than Gaylord Stadium but it's not by that much to dissuade them from doing the home and home. Probably holds true for most big name schools too.

Indeed

Easily one of the top 5 toughest OOC schedules going into next season. All 3 bolded matchups should be great games. The Knights have a history of scheduling great OOC games. I'm looking forward to it.

UF has a schedule to top everyone.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

8-30 Idaho
9-6 Eastern Michigan
11-22 Eastern Kentucky
11-29 @ Florida State

I see maybe one win. We can't seem to beat "directional" schools (e.g., Georgia Southern) and of course no chance vs FSU. The sole chance for a W is against Idaho. The game should be at noon in August so maybe the heat will fry the Vandals and Florida can score against their corpses before the game ends.

I love that Wisconsin has marquee games the next few years, but hate that next year I have to go to Houston to see them play LSU, then the next year Dallas vs Alabama. Lambeau will be cool, but nowhere near the experience of games at LSU/Bama/Wisconsin on campus.

Kansas State vs Auburn (in Manhattan)
Georgia vs Clemson
Miss State vs Southern Miss (this is huge because State and Ole Miss never play them)
Ole Miss Boise State )Atlanta

Few that haven't been mentioned.

LOL at State playing Southern Miss after 0-12 and 1-11 seasons in Hattiesburg...
