I think it's a fair way, you could go over your number, but taking three $1 players would even things out big-time

So what it is is if you draft any one player in a decade that costs $17 or more all three of your other picks in that decade must be $1 players and everyone is at least $1 meaning no all star appearances is still $1.

Yeah, not my idea but Shane came up with after four rounds I repick names out of my coffee cup and you stand a good chance of having a different first four than you drafted. Once again I dont see what this adds to the draft but I dont wanna be a dictator!
