Alright you Boston knuckleheads. Not the draw I wanted (I wanted those Rangers) but we've done pretty well against Boston this year. Should be an interesting series. Just off the top of my head, I feel like these teams have met only once in the playoffs before, but I'm not sure. I do think It's Time...

And since twice this year I posted the viking princess before a Caps-Bruins game and twice it has worked...I'm cursing you, bitches!

Caps win the series, and the fat lady knows it...

Upon further looking into it, the Caps and Boston have met twice, each winning once. The last time we beat the Bruins in a series was in the first round in 1998 en route to the Stanley Cup Finals.

Hahaha. I found out by accident the Panthers had won, so I'll still watch the game, but it won't have the impact.

Besides, now we have the Fat Lady on our side. She is roughly 40-0 when used for the Caps.

Caps were 3-1-0 against the Bruins this year and despite our terrible road woes, we were 2-0 in Boston's barn. So maybe not a bad matchup after all. I expect a long, tough series. Hope our big guns get healthy quick and I actually think Holtby in net might be advantageous since Neuvy/Vokoun haven't played all that great and he's young and somewhat unknown.

Only a little bit. He has done some extended time on the local sports radio show I listen to - they love him and he stops by when in town. Always a hilarious guest.

He just thought it was cool they wanted to do the video shoot and thinks it's really neat he's on the board at a hockey game since he says he was never any good at hockey. At least that's what he said on the radio show. My impression is he just gets a kick out of it.
