Time to start talking about his replacement.
He probably says no but Jay Wright doesn’t have much left to accomplish at Villanova with his two recent national titles. He likely says no but that’s my first call.

You really don’t want Embiid.
He does not fit with Curry and Klay.

It's a problem I'd like them to have. But like we've all said, it's pretty unlikely the Ws can get either Embiid or Simmons. I doubt the Sixers will deal either, they will hope a new coach is the change needed.
Nah.
Simmons would be a fantastic fit. He could play 3/4.
Embiid needs the ball and he isn’t a great perimeter defender.
Remember this summer when @WiggyRuss was on here non stop saying how much better Philly would be by adding Horford/Richardson after losing Butler?
Again, if somehow they can get Embiid I would like that problem to figure out. Simmons would be a better fit, agreed, but I would take either. And they likely cannot get either.
Awful hard to make pieces fit that don’t.
What do you think Embiid would bring that the Warriors need?
He couldn’t keep up with Simmons in Philly. He needs a slow pace and is at his best with an offense run through him in the low post.
Embiid is the type of player you have to build an offense around. The Warriors need a free flowing ball movement style and Embiid would only clog that up.
Wiggins and 3 firsts (including a #2) for Embiid, Wiggins and 2 firsts for Simmons...either way is good
who the heck is Wiggins ?
