doug.....what are you talking about? MSU is in the hunt for a playoff spot. They are in control of their own destiny at this point. They beat Penn State and Iowa - they are in. Wolverines? They lose to OSU, they end up in the Rubbermaid Bowl in Spudlick, Tennessee in the middle of December with 567 people watching them play Pappy Dalton Community College.

Looks like Urban Meyer swallowed his pride (and a lot of other shit) and decided to look like a ball-less twit and not suspend or punish Zeke Elliot. I guess he is desperate for a win. A loss to MSU and UM and he'll have OSU alumni screaming at his back, big-time. (Think those mysterious ulcers might re-occur like he had when he was "forced to leave Florida"?)

Sparty won't make the final 4 teams.even if they beat pen st..after wolverines beat them down and weakened them. That last spot is reserved for Notre dam....no way those TV dollars are going to leave out the irish.....NBC, ESPN WON'T ALLOW IT!!

Should both teams win out, that would be a travesty, TV ratings or not. If MSU wins out, they will have beaten 4 teams (Oregon, Michigan, Ohio St., Iowa) who were ranked in the Top 10 at the time of their victories. If Notre Dame wins out, their only victory over a Top 10 team all year will be this week (Stanford, #9). I get that it's the Fighting Irish and tradition and all that, and you may be right if the networks have a say... but they shouldn't.

Tell us more about the Wolverines doug. After the Saturday loss....where do you see the 9-3 UM team playing in a bowl game? Maybe a big match up with Western Michigan at the "Participation Bowl" being played at Rouge Park? Or perhaps the "Harbaugh Bowl" where the Wolverines travel to Baltimore and take on the Ravens practice squad, led by Jimbo's brother? More than likely UM will be matched up with some Pac12 also ran....in a bowl game that many will record, but never watch. The Nyquil Yawn Bowl.

That would have been a good moniker for the Cherry Bowl that used to be played in Michigan every year .... battle of 6-6 teams from crappy conferences.

Oh stfu. He was one of the reasons Michigan was even winning prior to the final play, along with Jabrill Peppers' returns. Field position was the biggest advantage Michigan had that game, by far.

There's no denying he screwed up on that play, but the odds of him fucking that up *and* MSU returning it for a winning touchdown are almost nil.

I just wish Rudock could have tested MSU's secondary more that game.

It appears that Las Vegas pays no heed to dougies rants. OSU is listed as a solid favorite this Saturday.

The Lions....the stupidity continues. NOW, they will win some games, end up 6-10 or 7-9, miss the playoffs and get a mediocre draft position. Hopefully the intelligent fans (not the dougster) realize that the Philly game was a fluke and that a decent community college team could have beaten the Eagles Thursday.

Anyone notice that doug deals in teams with a lot of "if onlys'. If only the Lions beat the Chargers. If only the Wolverines had punted cleanly. If only Verlander had won 40 games this year...............
