Dilfer was on my 'please fire' list. Probably the only one Im happy to see go at this point
Is there anyone who liked Dilfer?

Funny thing is he actually wasn't on the show this morning for the trivia
I liked Dilfer when I heard him on the radio occasionally.
It's not a poorly worded statement, it's a statement trying to follow your logic. Lower ratings are a result of losing customers from cord cutting. They are not the cause of these layoffs. Like layoffs, lower ratings are a consequence of cord cutting.
I realize that there must be people that like hockey, but I don't know any. From a national perspective, I just don't see how hockey could possibly measure up to the big three.
Bombshell. WOW.
Probably the biggest name to drop thus far. Danny Kannel is out at ESPN.
Trent Dilfer gone....I am neutral on that one
Let me guess, they will keep that jackass Jesse Palmer.

I remember there was a thread about it, but I think that rumbling, bumbling, stumbling idiot back, back, back, back, back, backed himself into another lower-profile gig over there.A few of you brought up Berman. I'm scratching my head over here. Didn't he announce his retirement before the end of last season?
