What the fuck is up with that stupid hayseed and his dirt bike?

Do you know when he wrecked it? Specifically, was his last start pre or post wreck?

Really bummed about Danny Kanell. I love his radio show with Russillo so now who knows what will happen to it. I've been a fan of that program since it was The SVP Show with Russillo and knowing Ryen Russillo, I bet he's super pissed they did his partner like this. Especially considering they were really making headway and finding a groove after Van Pelt left. This sucks.

Also, how cold blooded is that Ed Werder firing? Dude has been there almost 20 years, his daughter is sick or just got recently got somewhat ok (can't remember which), and they cut him the day before the NFL draft, one his busiest days. Just a reminder that Corporate (not just ESPN), is cruel.

And lastly, if you find yourself upset at any of these firings but you also watch shows like First Take, YOU are the problem. Lots of the people getting cut today do quality work but ESPN invests into shit mongers that appeal to the lowest common denominator to get ratings. If you want better TV, demand better TV. Stop watching crap like First Take (or Bayless on FS1) and seek out quality coverage.

Ok...ahem I will bite:

First a question...are you a Nielsen household?

Second, ESPN shifted from what made it good and that is their own fault. Not you or I as a viewer. In addition to producing a sucky-assed product, they also insisted on uncharging said product, which in turn made satellite/cable subscriptions go up.

With more streaming options available people are choosing to spend their entertainment dollar in other ways.

Speaking of which, I just added a new fleshlight to my collection and I taped a picture of Ed Asner to it. If you ever want to borrow it, just let me know.

I heard indefinitely, but they may have changed it

Either way, it's a long time, it was pretty stupid, and the Giants can ill-afford his absence. I guess he was thinking, "Hey, it's an odd-numbered year, anyway..."
