Why stop at 10 years, the Patriots have been the best NFL team since the Kraft family bought them in 94.

They were fantastic 2001-2004. Since then? Very good...just not very clutch. Usually one of the bridesmaids. No shame in that.

If your divisional games are easier, that leaves you fresher for games outside of your division.

Patriots fans seem to have this mindset that anytime someone brings up the fact that the division hasn't been great they're trying to discredit everything the Patriots have done. The Patriots have had an unbelievable amount of succes, and they've also benefited from playing in a not so great division. Both of those statements are true.

Dolphins, Bills, and Jets average more wins a season against teams outside the division over the last 10 years than the Chiefs, Chargers, and Raiders.
