It's funny how you guys get all riled up at the mere mention that Michigan should be good enough to beat OSU any year moving forward. Michigan was good enough to beat OSU this year, unfortunately that didn't happen. Rather than re-hash the reasons why, it should be obvious that a game that comes down to OT and two plays means that both teams were good enough to win that game but one had to lose it.

Not riled up @ all. You just said that team in ann arbor should still be good enough to beat Ohio State. Just pointing out that they're not.

Oh I'm sure it makes sense to you lol

Well, based on the fact that you didn't even understand what I wrote, I'm sure it makes no sense to you.

Given how much tOSU lost last year, and what UofM had, this was a big opportunity for Michigan. They blew it, by the way.

Underdogs on the road with a second year HC don't blow games to elite programs.

You see, blowing an opportunity is not the same thing as blowing a game. It's a subtle difference, sure, but a difference none the less.

Lay off the Flint water, hambone.

The mighty tOSU barely beat 3 win Sparty, then barely beat an MI team in it's infant stage. No wonder some tOSU fans are paranoid.

We're gonna be fine.

Who's paranoid? It's some of you UofM fans that are acting like The Rivalry has been even the decade & a half. And congrats on your moral victory that Ohio State barely beat this team or that team. The bottom line is they won.

Being a good enough team to win doesn't mean you will...see OSU vs. PSU this year.

You're talking to the wrong MI fan.

Even there, Harbaugh managed to rotate guys in. At TE we had two other TE's outside of Butt to score TD's and both played in 10+ games this year. Wheatley & Asiasi. At WR we return McDoom and Perry, both playing in 10+ games and have some young talent behind them. Hard to replace guys like Darboh and Chesson but the hope is that the talented guys behind them can either replicate their success or do something else that those two couldn't do well, better.

They combined for 4 catches this season, there's a difference between playing in garbage time and playing when it matters. Not saying either can't be good, but replicating an All-American level player shouldn't be the expectation. Darboh and Chesson may be more easily replaced since they weren't of the caliber of Butt, but I don't have much faith in Perry being that guy. He doesn't look like a difference maker, and he's going into his jr. year.

Perry was a slot guy that's shown some flashes, but most of his targets through his career have been minimized by Butt being the target instead. Asiasi and Wheatley were often in on blocking downs but have caught what they've needed to catch when targeted.

Ya I don't live anywhere near Flint.

If MI had won, tOSU would have been the one blowing a big opportunity. You had us at home, as 6 point dogs, with zero juniors or seniors recruited by Harbaugh playing, and you still couldnt get the job done in regulation.

We didn't blow anything. We were lucky to even make it that close. Just wait until Harbaugh has his own kids.

Ohio State still beat that team in ann arbor. That's all I care about right now.

Holy shit, son. This post betrays the fact even after explaining myself a second time, you still have not grasped what I am saying. Give it up. I am.

Did I say all UofM fans? It's hilarious you said some Buckeye fans are paranoid. Of what exactly? The fact that Harbaugh's now 0-2 against Ohio State?

Oh come on, they combined for four catches. Again, not saying they can't be good, but pimping them up after having two catches on the season is pretty absurd.

I'm not upset at all. Michigan and Kiffin ar NOT a fit. If you think so, you clearly don't know anything about Michigan.
MI was a fit for RR and Hoke. Kiffin would be a "fit" for MI if he won.

So what you're saying is that 50% of the time they score touchdowns?! The point is, they played a ton of football between the two of them. So they know the plays, have playing experience and really just need to be targeted more with Butt gone.

Wrong, tOSU was not good enough to win on that day.
Sure they were. They were the better team in almost ever statistical category. They were good enough to win but just faltered on a few key plays.

Look at this thread homie. Its about Rams and Harbaugh. What are you even doing in here?

My 1st comment this morning was to mNb09 for saying UofM has enough talent to beat Ohio State. And then you chipped in your 2 cents worth. I didn't even say anything to you yet you had the need to respond to a comment I made to someone else. Funny since I got to this thread I've yet to see you even say anything about JH to the Rams. It's odd you tried to call me out in this thread when you're not even talking about JH to the Rams right now.
