I think the problem goes deeper than having an elite QB. I'm not sold on Lubick as an OC...guy doesn't know when to call the right plays.

What does Prukop's development throughout the year get us? Nothing. Dude can go ahead and be lights out now and it wont matter because he ain't coming back next year.

V. Adams was understandable, but at what point you gotta put in a player who has been in the system for a few years to run this thing? If he isn't ready after a couple years then that issue is on the coach.

Very true. I guess that falls on Helf. Maybe Yost will be the guy to get these QBs on track, but we're pretty much stuck with the senior transfer this year. Jonsen should absolutely be seeing the field this year, and Herbert needs to get more playing time as well.

One more loss and I say just put Jonsen in there. Why not? Start building for next year and get him prepared. Again, developing Prukop for a 8 or 9 win season is pointless and gets us nowhere for next year.
