I think the Jags are going to be much improved this year.

I think they'll be much improved, as well, but they are also the Jaguars. They still probably won't be able to run the ball, the oline still isn't what Id call rock solid and if Bortles regresses and their whole defense gets injured then they could be looking at #1.

I just can't see the Eagles being in the bottom 5. Their O is bad but they have a top 10 D quite possibly. Way too many good players on D to be that bad. They might even have a top 5 front 7 and usually have good special teams. But man are those WR's bad!

Saints first pick? They have screwed up draft spots the last two years why would they suddenly tank for draft picks now? They do have at least four winnable games.
