Sorry, let me keep it simple for those who didn’t understand my post. Both are really good players in their professional space, but Jordan has success on how to “close the deal”, unlike Romo up until this point. So maybe, some of that Romo mojo might have rubbed off on Jordan?

"Spieth ought to play like Romo...not the other way around..." TheStarOne...Does it really get any better that this? Silly Cowboy fans are awesome!

Wake up man! I reread the thread. I said Romo chokes in big games at critical moments during the season.
This is, after all a Romo thread.
You then bring up SB49.
I will stop there so it might register better with you.
Capish?

If you reread the thread, you wasted your time. Read the OP. The topic is how Jordan and Romo play like shit. You brought up playoffs, but then get your thong twisted when someone else points out your own playoff failings.

It's ok, we understand.

And let me simplify it a bit more for those unfamiliar with Mitziman..."derp derp, Romo sucks and I hate dallas derp derp, something tangential to create yet another post about Dallas whom I supposedly detest but keep talking about derp derp".

I think you need to wake up. It is 100% NOT a Romo thread. It is a renowned Redskin Troll poking a stick thread. Nothing more, nothing less.:noidea:
On that I have no doubt.

Understand the game of football completely. and believe it or not, played on a golf scholarship at a school in the Big South Conference back in the day.

I'm not sure why Jordan didn't pick someone who has won a championship to be in his commercial instead of Romo, was Tom Brady not available? Jordan seems to be hooking it left, spraying it right and missing important putts down the stretch...which to me, is very Romo like in big games.

I believe Jordan Spieth is from Dallas.......And Tony Romo and Jordan Spieth played golf in a pro am together. And Romo also played in a pro am with a little known golfer by the name of Tiger Woods.

In the playoffs Romo has completed 62%
passer rating of 93
8 TDs and 2 picks

In January games
74% CP
106.5 PR
4 Tds 2 picks

Let it go. The Romo apologists are almost as bad as the Romo bashers...

Well I hate the Cowboys and I love that he's their quarterback.
And I thank God that he is their QB. But if I were an Eagles fan who watches NFL games and was alive last year I'd hate that Romo is the Cowboy QB:noidea:

More fun to watch Romo blow it than Matt Cassel.

Impressive, but you forgot to list his 8 fumbles in the playoffs.

True, he has 8 fumbles in 6 games. He's not as careful with the ball as Cousins, who only has 4 in 2 games.

apologist?? Quoting facts, is NOT apologizing for anything

I'm a REAL COWBOY fan, who and what are you?

Fence sitters on this message board, are a dime a dozen.

I support players who deserve that respect.

I support Romo and think he is a great QB that gets a bad rap from a bunch of Cowboy haters that try to portray him as a choker when in fact he's taken teams places many of their QBs wouldn't have and if he had a better team around him would have already won SBs. Their hatred of him makes them look like idiots when they talk about him.

He also has a bunch of Cowboy fans that believe they must defend every single negative criticism towards him and are unable to see that a lot of it is actually well deserved and brought on by his own reckless play and that he is a fragile aging QB that can go out for the year on a hit that others wouldn't miss a snap over.

I guess that makes me a fence sitter, but I prefer the term realist...

Anyone else notice that since AT & T’s commercial featuring Jordan Spieth and Tony Romo aired on Masters weekend, Spieth’s game has gone to shit?

Last year and a half Spieth has been playing like one of the best golfers of all time, but since the commercial aired…he’s been playing a lot like, well you know, that other guy in the commercial.
I thought the title was meant for that they are a "couple."

absolutely opinion and so was the other part that I noticed you didn't seem to have the need to call "opinion not fact"
