This is the first year Wilson has had the stats. No cherry picking just overall QB stats. .

Ironically, it has put up these stats, for the most part, w/out Marshawn Lynch... Lynch has always been the guy people have stated was the main reason for RW's success in the NFL... That excuse is pretty much debunked now...

Sorry this is the most important stat of all. Luck also led in yards but he also led in Ints. We could go on for days with Seattle's D gave Russ better/more chances or Indy's system gave Luck more chances....

FYI, Andrew Luck has 101 passing TDs. Russell Wilson has 98.

How many does Russ have over the last four weeks, while Luch has been out and Russ is on fire? How many more games has he played? Again I didn't want this to get to a cherry picking contest. PFR says RW has only played 6 more games. That seems low to me with all the PO games.

I was only talking regular season. If you include playoff passing they have the same number of TDs. Wilson has played in 8 playoff games. Luck has played in 6.

OTOH, Russell Wilson has 70 picks and fumbles. Luck has 87 picks and fumbles.

Christina Michele - far better than I expected. Far more action than I expected. Can he carry it over another week, against a tougher defensive line? I'd be thrilled if he gets 50 yards. To me, 50 yards against the rams would be more impressive than the 84 yards he got against Cleveland.

Saw maybe two plays yesterday where Russell had a seven step drop and got more than four seconds before the pocket collapsed.

The one thing about Russell is you'd think he'd be able to compensate for a bad O-line better than others. Instead, he took a ton of sacks, many that were his fault. So I'm not sure you can just blame 9 weeks of uninspiring QB play on everyone else.

MVPalmer refers to the regular season MVP THIS YEAR. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

What do you blame for Palmer's poor play today? And what do you blame for Wilson gashing the Cardinals Defense for the 3rd straight game in which the Seahawks have score 30+ points against the Cards?

He was very effective today. Smart QB. Dude mostly scrambled and dinked and dunked his way to an easy win...which is scary because of that. But I didn't feel like I was watching a guy throwing darts all over the place. Not surprised his completion percentage is so high.

I saw the game. There were some big gains after very short passes. Nothing wrong with that, but it wasn't exactly Peyton in his prime out there.
