Hmmmm, now there is an interesting question. How many players have won the league MVP and NOT made it to the HOF? There are some current players obviously who don't qualify yet, and a few others who haven't been retired the required 5 years yet. So guys like Brady, Manning, Rodgers, and Peterson have won it and will get in I'm sure. Ladainian Tomlinson will get into the HOF (or is he already?). After that is Shaun Alexander who is real iffy to get into the HOF. But if you look at the entire list of winners it seems like well over half of MVP winners make it to Canton eventually. If Cam wins it will go a long way to getting him into the HOF one day.
