You guys remember when I liked the Ebron pick?

That was fucking dumb of me.

You and me both. :) I still see the Lions running up to the podium to make that pick in my nightmares.

Calling Railroad spike hitting artist...

Okay fine !!!!!

I was so dog gone wrong in thinking that either Yukon Cornelius OR Waddle was even worthy of mentioning to try at LT.....

Both have them have horrible footspeed, footwork, leaning towers of P.O.S., can't kickslide quick enough, redirect quick enough, can't mirror much at all cuz dey get der stuff pushed in on a consistent or constant basis. Did anyone ever teach the two of them a quick and powerful striking hand punch ? I sure as heck haven't seen such.

I was wrong when I thought the lions would win a lot this year. (although I did out the caveat that it would require Lombardi to pull his head out Of his ass). I was wrong when I thought that Tullich would return his play to a high level. I was wrong when I was stoked about Kyle Van Noy. I've been right a lot but I've been wrong a lot. At least I knew the Dolphins sucked.

Welcome to the club Quackerjacked.

Nice to see you drop in and lay it out.

Don't feel bad about VanNoy. I was there too. I wanted him so bad and that he'd transition nicely even if it was merely as a standup pass rusher only in his 1st year. I didn't like giving up a 4th round pick to trade up for him though. so I hate that move even more.

Maybe he's on the Stafford line. he'll get better by year 7, 8, 9 or ..... never mind

As everyone knows -- I hated the Ebron pick before, during and after it was made. One comment I believe I did make though -- I said I'd rather the Lions draft Ebron if the other option was drafting OBJ. I don't feel like looking it up, but I think I said that on here.

I knew OBJ was going to be a bust

Come on Blue -- get with the program. I'm on page 1.

I've been wrong plenty and I've posted on here admitting it.

I said Levy was an average LB'er and we shouldn't have given him the 3 year deal before he became a stud.
I said it was ridiculous to sign Golden Tate for 25 million, but he has been well worth the money.
I think the one I posted is the most glaring -- In no way, shape or form did I see OBJ turning into what he has become.

I thought Anthony Barr might be a bust (his coverage wasn't all that great as a Junior. he was dropping into coverage a heckuva lot more and was looking real shaky. he looked to be overthinking instead of reading, diagnosing and reacting).

I'm literally laughing read your response. As I read his I said "don't tell Smitty that"

I agree with being worth the money. He may not be a decent man outside of football, but I like him on game day. Not every WR can be Larry Fitzgerald on drops.

He has TWO TDs and averages less YPC than most TEs. (Yay stats)

Plus he's a dillweed.

And we don't have Suh. GM getting fired is the best thing that's happened here since shortly before he was hired. We need a GM that knows where to invest. In a possession receiver wasn't it. Neither was a parasite ridden linebacker, a hurt corner, a crumby RB, a TE you don't use, a different crummy RB that doesn't play for San Fran and so on and so forth.
