Probably a dumb question, but that's never stopped me before, but what is your criteria to consider a program to be a blue blood?
Are teams like Texas A&M and Georgia considered blue bloods? Or is it just the all time elites like Oklahoma, USC, Notre Dame, Alabama, Ohio State, Nebraska, Michigan, etc? Is it teams that have had success all throughout their history, or are the teams that have had a lot of success in the last few decades, but a long history of mediocrity before then included as well, teams like Miami?
Of the 65 P5 teams(including ND) how many of them are considered blue bloods?
