If I had no idea what happened this season and had been drinking, you're absolutely right!

Fucking Tanaka? You have lost pretty much all credibility now.

Price is known as a postseason bed shitter.

Hamels didn't have a great season - very inconsistent, and is currently losing his Game 1.

Kershaw has postseason questions.

So, you would take Lackey over David Price, huh? And my credibility is shot?

Lackey is the worst game 1 starter of all the teams in the postseason. The end. You could argue, but you would be wrong.

Ah, so I see you went to the Rock Strongo school of debate. Rule #1, when wrong and pinned down, move the goal posts.

The discussion isn't about ranking the postseason starters, it's about if the Cardinals are fucked because they've chosen Lackey as their #1 starter.

Based on the statistics I've provided, they're not. Based on your conjecture, and who you think is the scariest guy, they might be.

You can keep this up, but you just continue to look like a talking meatball.

DOROTHY AND TOTO.jpg It's true, there is no place like home. It's a long series.

I'm sorry I insulted your Cardinals. That team is not built for the sprint. Great regular season team, however.

In the postseason:

David Price - 47IP - 4.79ERA
John Lackey - 117IP - 3.08ERA

I must be some kind of idiot for not being sure that Price is a better choice to start a Game 1. . .

Their not my Cardinals and I'd suggest that the only thing you've insulted is your own intelligence.

Price is an ace who has struggled in the playoffs. So is Kershaw. You would start Lackey over Kershaw, too, right? I'm sure all those same numbers favor Lackey, too.

Price throws harder, ergo must be "scarier".

That's really not the discussion. Of course, you're going to push it, because you've been boxed in on the actual debate.

No no. Not at all. Lackey has great playoff numbers. Price and Kershaw don't. So Lackey is a clear choice over both of them using your logic, correct?

Built for the marathon and not the sprint.

Not only that, but their fucked because they're going with arguably the 6th best starting pitcher in 2015 who is a proven post season pitcher in game 1. Com-plet-ly fucked.
